Airbnb – Customer Service Representative (Blended Process)

Job Description:
Join Airbnb’s Customer Support team as a Blended Process Executive, handling voice & non-voice support (calls, chats, emails) for Airbnb hosts and guests worldwide. Provide seamless assistance on bookings, payments, policies, and issue resolution while ensuring a 5-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats in English & Hindi.
✔ Assist guests & hosts with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and policy queries.
✔ Resolve customer concerns with patience, accuracy, and empathy.
✔ Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores & meet SLAs.
✔ Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
Requirements:
✅ Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (12th pass minimum).
✅ Experience: Freshers (24K in-hand) OR 1+ year in BPO (up to 40K in-hand).
✅ Languages: Fluent in English + Hindi (spoken & written).
✅ Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
✅ Shift Flexibility: Willing to work rotational shifts & week-offs.
Salary & Benefits:
💰 Freshers: ₹24,000 in-hand | Exp (1+ yr BPO): Up to ₹40,000 in-hand
