We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) to join Airbnb’s global support team. In this role, you will assist Airbnb hosts and guests by resolving inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Airbnb hosts and guests.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic solutions to customer concerns.
  • Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and policy-related queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Adhere to Airbnb’s service quality and response time standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (BPO/Customer Support).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts & rotational week offs.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and support platforms.
