We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) to join Airbnb’s global support team. In this role, you will assist Airbnb hosts and guests by resolving inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Airbnb hosts and guests.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic solutions to customer concerns.
- Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and policy-related queries.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to Airbnb’s service quality and response time standards.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (BPO/Customer Support).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts & rotational week offs.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and support platforms.
