We’re seeking an experienced Process Trainer/VNA Coach to elevate performance in our US voice operations. You’ll design & deliver training programs to enhance customer interactions and ensure process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire & refresher training sessions
- Monitor calls & provide constructive feedback
- Develop training materials & quality frameworks
- Coach agents on communication & process adherence
- Analyze performance gaps & implement improvement plans
Must Have:
✔ 1+ year as Process Trainer/VNA Coach for US voice process
✔ Excellent English communication & presentation skills
✔ Strong understanding of US customer service metrics
✔ Undergraduate or higher (12th pass with relevant exp may apply)
